Shipping policy

Festive Glow ships to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery. Most orders arrive 5 to 11 business days after dispatch. Please allow about two weeks in total from the day you order. During the holiday season some orders take longer.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating.

Duties and taxes. US import duties are included in your price. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

Christmas delivery. For delivery before December 25, order by December 3.
